Prices 2026

Website prices in 2026: what do businesses pay in Turkey?

The gap between a simple brochure site and an e-commerce platform with custom software runs from 3,000 TL to half a million Turkish lira (TL). We gathered the price ranges advertised across Turkey, what drives the price and the hidden costs in one place.

Reading website prices correctly

1

Short answer: why are prices so scattered?

There is no single right number for a website in Turkey. On marketplaces such as Armut, quotes range from 3,500 TL to 120,000 TL, while agency websites list corporate packages starting at 8,000 TL and going above 500,000 TL. Almost all of these prices are published by sellers, so treat them as estimates.

The general frame: most sources mention 15,000 to 40,000 TL as a reasonable budget for a newly founded small business and 40,000 to 100,000 TL for a growing one. E-commerce is calculated at 2 to 5 times the cost of a corporate site. Below we go through each item separately. All amounts are in Turkish lira (TL) and refer to the Turkish market.

2

Prices by site type

A single-page presentation or campaign page (landing page) is the cheapest option. A simple page built from a ready template is advertised at 3,000 to 10,000 TL, and a professional page with custom design and copywriting at 10,000 to 30,000 TL. A campaign set of 3-5 pages for different audiences appears in the 25,000 to 60,000 TL band.

Corporate sites differ by page count and how original the design is. A 5-7 page starter site on a ready theme is advertised at 8,000 to 25,000 TL, a semi-custom site of 10-20 pages with a blog and SEO foundation at 25,000 to 75,000 TL, a multilingual site of 20+ pages with original design at 75,000 to 200,000 TL, and corporate projects with a custom management system and integrations at 200,000 TL and above. The gap between sources is large: for the same corporate site one source says 15,000-40,000 TL and another 40,000-120,000 TL. Comparing prices without matching the scope is misleading.

3

E-commerce site costs

The number of products and the platform set the e-commerce price. A micro store with 10-50 products is advertised at 15,000 to 40,000 TL, a small store with 50-500 products at 40,000 to 100,000 TL, a mid-size store with 500-5,000 products at 100,000 to 250,000 TL and large projects with more than 5,000 products at 250,000 to 750,000 TL and above.

On top of that, payment provider commissions (1.79 to 3.49 percent according to sources), marketplace integrations (an extra 20,000 to 50,000 TL budget for custom development) and product photography (5,000 to 20,000 TL) must be counted. We explained managing marketplaces from one panel on the Integrations and E-commerce and campaigns pages.

4

Prices by industry

The industry changes the features you need. Law, consulting and accounting sites are advertised at 20,000 to 80,000 TL, health sites such as clinics and dentists at 30,000 to 120,000 TL because of booking and compliance needs, course and education platforms at 40,000 to 150,000 TL, and real estate sites at 35,000 to 130,000 TL because of listing management.

In food and drink, a simple restaurant site is in the 10,000 to 30,000 TL band and a site with an online ordering system in the 30,000 to 80,000 TL band. You can see what the ready solutions cover on the Industry solutions page.

5

The 7 factors that set the price

The first factor is site type and scope: the number of pages, modules and languages. The second is the design approach: a ready theme, semi-custom or fully original. The third is technology: a ready site builder, a management system such as WordPress, or software written from scratch. The fourth is the team's experience and the fifth is the SEO and performance foundation.

The sixth factor is integrations (payment, shipping, marketplaces, booking, email). The seventh is content: copywriting, product photos, video. Content is often forgotten; copywriting is advertised at 500 to 2,000 TL per page and product shooting at 5,000 to 20,000 TL. When you ask for a quote, ask which of these seven items are included, one by one.

6

Freelancer, agency, site builder, panel-based service

Working with a freelancer can be 30 to 50 percent cheaper than an agency; starting budgets of around 5,000 to 30,000 TL are mentioned. In return, the project management, backups and after-launch support risk is yours. Agencies start from 25,000 TL and reach well above 200,000 TL; the process and guarantees are more organized.

Site builders such as Wix are advertised at 500 to 3,000 TL per month, and GoDaddy's ready website plans start at 69.99 TL per month; design freedom and SEO depth are limited. At mySite.tr there is no fixed monthly package: credit is deducted according to the work you request, and the panel, SEO and GEO tools, multiple languages and site migration come built in. We explained this approach on the One panel page.

7

Yearly running costs

Costs continue after the site goes live. A domain is advertised at about 150 to 600 TL per year (.com.tr is usually cheaper), hosting at 2,000 to 5,000 TL per year on a shared plan and 6,000 to 18,000 TL on a virtual server. An SSL certificate can be free or cost a few thousand TL per year.

Maintenance and update contracts run 1,500 to 5,000 TL per month and plugin licenses 3,000 to 15,000 TL per year. One source puts the total yearly upkeep of a small corporate site at 25,000 to 50,000 TL and that of a mid-size e-commerce site at 80,000 to 200,000 TL. Another source gives about 15,000 TL for the first year of a site made by a designer and about 7,000 TL for later years. You need to do the math for your own scope.

8

Hidden costs missing from the quote

The most commonly overlooked items are: copywriting and content, product or venue photos, a short promo video (advertised at 10,000 to 50,000 TL), extra languages, payment and shipping integrations, security plugins (3,000 to 10,000 TL per year), backups and change requests after launch.

When you ask for a quote, ask this: "After we go live, how much will it cost me in total over one year?" A quote that makes this clear is the first sign of a reliable quote.

9

How much are SEO and GEO services per month?

Building the site does not guarantee being found in search. According to a 2025 source, monthly SEO packages in Turkey were advertised in the 8,000 to 14,000 TL band (a local SEO package at about 12,000 TL). For GEO work aimed at appearing in AI search, one agency quotes GEO-only consulting at 8,000 to 15,000 TL per month and a combined package with SEO at 15,000 to 35,000 TL. These figures are agencies' own estimates and include no guarantee.

We explained how SEO is managed in the panel on the SEO page, GEO on the GEO page, and what to watch for when choosing an agency on the How to choose a GEO agency page.

10

How do you plan your budget?

First think about how many sales or bookings the site should bring; tie the budget to the site's business goal. For a new business the first goal is usually a simple, fast, mobile-friendly corporate site; e-commerce, extra languages and custom software can be added later.

Three steps help: 1) Write the scope (how many pages, which modules, which languages). 2) Add the yearly costs (domain, hosting, maintenance, content). 3) Collect four quotes and compare them on the same scope. Judge not only the cheapest, but also maintenance and after-launch support.

11

Three example scenarios and the total budget

Scenario 1, a newly opened hair salon: a 5-7 page site with a booking form on a ready theme. Using the advertised ranges for the first year, design can be counted at 8,000 to 25,000 TL, domain and hosting at 2,500 to 5,000 TL, and content and photos at 5,000 to 15,000 TL. The total for the first year is roughly 15,000 to 45,000 TL.

Scenario 2, a 15-year-old dental clinic: 15-20 pages, booking, a blog and an SEO foundation. Design 25,000 to 75,000 TL, content and shooting 10,000 to 30,000 TL, yearly maintenance and hosting 10,000 to 25,000 TL. First-year total about 45,000 to 130,000 TL. Scenario 3, a small store with 100 products: design and setup 40,000 to 100,000 TL, product photography 5,000 to 20,000 TL, integration and maintenance 20,000 to 60,000 TL. First-year total about 65,000 to 180,000 TL. These are examples calculated from the seller ranges above; they are not firm quotes.

12

Safe ways to lower the cost

First focus on the real goal: leave unnecessary pages, extra languages and custom software for later. Starting with a ready theme or a semi-custom design is clearly cheaper than original design and is enough for most businesses. Preparing texts and photos in advance cuts time and revision costs.

To lower yearly costs, look at services that include maintenance and hosting in the package; ask about items such as free SSL and automatic backups. With services that offer marketplace, booking, SEO and multilingual tools in one panel, you do not pay separate licenses for each. On the Website migration page we explained how to move an old site's content without rebuilding it.

13

Evaluating quotes and the payment plan

A common payment plan in the industry is mentioned as 40 to 50 percent at the start, 30 percent at design approval and the remaining 20 to 30 percent on delivery. Ask for these in writing in the quote: the list of pages and modules, how many revisions are included, the delivery time, handing over source files and admin access to you, the post-launch support period and the maintenance fee.

Be careful with guarantee language: promises like "we will get you onto the first page" promise a result that no team can control. A reliable quote states the work to be done and measurable deliverables.

14

Why did prices rise in 2026, and how should you read these numbers?

One source reports that average corporate site prices rose 15 to 25 percent in 2026 compared with 2025, and that software developer costs went up 30 to 40 percent. Because of exchange rates and inflation, prices go out of date quickly; use the figures on this page as a guide to direction.

The figures were gathered in October 2026 from publications such as Bravery Technology, GoDaddy Turkey and Armut. All of them are seller sources, not independent research. Our own prices are not in this list; we settle our price in a call, according to the scope.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost on average?

The ranges advertised in Turkey are very wide. For a simple corporate site 8,000 to 75,000 TL, for a small e-commerce site 15,000 to 100,000 TL, and for projects with custom software 150,000 TL and above are mentioned. The price changes with the scope.

How much does a one-page website cost?

A simple landing page on a ready template is advertised at 3,000 to 10,000 TL and a custom-designed page at 10,000 to 30,000 TL. Some sources also show a range of 8,000 to 40,000 TL.

What does the price of a corporate website depend on?

The number of pages, how original the design is, the technology used, the SEO foundation, multiple languages, integrations and content production set the price.

Why is an e-commerce site more expensive than a corporate site?

It needs product management, cart and payment, shipping and marketplace integrations and security, so it is usually calculated at 2 to 5 times the cost of a corporate site.

How much is the yearly website maintenance cost?

One source gives the total of domain, hosting, SSL, maintenance and plugin licenses as 25,000 to 50,000 TL per year for a small corporate site. With ready site builders these items may be inside the package.

Should I choose a freelancer or an agency?

A freelancer is often 30 to 50 percent cheaper, but the project management and post-launch support risk is yours. An agency offers a more organized process and costs more. In both cases get the scope in writing.

How much do monthly SEO and GEO services cost?

In agency listings, monthly SEO packages are mentioned at 8,000 to 14,000 TL, GEO-only consulting at 8,000 to 15,000 TL and combined SEO and GEO packages at 15,000 to 35,000 TL. These are estimates and include no ranking guarantee.

What should I watch for in a price quote?

The list of pages and modules, the revision allowance, the delivery time, access and file handover, the maintenance fee and the post-launch support period should be in writing. Question quotes that contain guarantee promises.

Why is mySite.tr's price not in this list?

At mySite.tr there is no fixed monthly package; credit is deducted according to the work you request and the scope differs from person to person. We settle the price in a call, according to your needs. This page shows the general direction of the market.

Are the figures up to date?

The figures were gathered in October 2026 from published seller sources. Because prices change fast with exchange rates and inflation, get a current quote before you decide.
