Let AI take the answer from your page.

People ask AI questions. If your page has a clear answer to that question in the first sentence, the answer can be taken from your page. We explain how to write content that way.

How to write content that AI will use as a source

1

Where does AI get its answer?

When AI tools write an answer to a question they take short pieces from web pages. It is hard to take a piece from a page that is long, winding and hides the answer at the end. Short sections that give the answer in the first line and make sense on their own are easy to take.

So when writing content you ask yourself "would this section be understood if read on its own?" If so, it serves both the visitor and the AI.

2

Answer first, then reasoning

A good answer section has three steps. The first sentence answers the question directly: "An appointment is booked through the form on the site or by phone." The second part gives the reason and detail. The third part tells the visitor the next step: "Choose a suitable time and a confirmation message will arrive."

Giving the answer as a clear paragraph of no more than forty or fifty words creates a piece that is readable for both people and machines.

3

Learn the questions from customers

The most valuable questions are the ones customers really ask: by phone, in forms, on WhatsApp, in appointment notes. In the panel, form entries and the notification center already gather these questions in one place. Questions that repeat are the questions to add to the page.

To every page we add a Frequently Asked Questions section made of questions related to that page’s topic. The same questions are not copied onto every page; they are specific to the page.

4

Write headings as questions

Writing subheadings the way a visitor would ask ("What do prices depend on?") makes it easier for the reader to find what they want and for AI to understand what the section describes. The heading and the answer right below it are tied together.

Tables and short lists help too: price ranges, steps and comparisons are easier to take than plain paragraphs.

5

Trust signals: who wrote it, and when?

AI tools like to favor sources that look trustworthy. Who wrote the content, the business having a real address and contact information, and when the content was updated are trust signals. Outdated, contradictory information lowers trust.

That is why information that changes, such as prices, hours and conditions, is updated regularly. We explained how to keep it current on the GEO page.

6

A blog post or a page?

Short and direct questions go in the FAQ section of the service page. Longer "how to" topics become blog posts. The two link to each other: the post points to the page, the page points to the post.

Frequently asked questions

How do I write content for AI?

Answer the question directly in the first sentence, then give the reasoning and detail. Write subheadings as questions and build short sections that make sense on their own.

How long should an answer be?

The first answer paragraph should be a clear piece of no more than forty or fifty words. Detail, reasoning and examples come below it.

Where do I find the questions?

From phone calls, forms, WhatsApp and appointment notes. In the panel, form entries and the notification center gather these questions in one place.

Should I put the same FAQ on every page?

No. Each page should have questions specific to its own topic; copying the same FAQ adds no value.

Is an FAQ tag required?

No. Google removed the FAQ rich result. What matters is that the questions and answers are written clearly on the page.

Why does keeping information current matter?

AI tools push contradictory and old information to the background. Information such as prices, hours and conditions should be updated regularly.
